- Once all fees have been paid, you are granted a licence to use the deliverables for your intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fastnet Group’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Website or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant services.
- We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Termination
